I LOVE scrubs. Here in Massachusetts, the cold winters can really make your skin dry so I’m always on the lookout for luxurious scrubs to use. This one is PERFECT for Valentine’s day and it only contains three products so it’s really easy to make!

Scrubs are so good for you; they keep your skin looking beautiful and increases circulation. If you combine that with chocolate which is also anti-aging among other properties you’ve got a luxurious scrub that will leave you looking and feeling delicious. I found this quick and easy recipe on Simply Stacie.

You’ll only need the following three items to make this!

1.) 1 Cup of natural raw sugar, or brown sugar.

2.) 1/4 Cup of cocoa

3.) 2 TBSP of melted coconut oil (though feel free to add more to get the consistency you want).

Just combine all the items and then enjoy it. To use it, take a 5-10 minute shower or bath and then work the sugar scrub into your skin in a circular motion. Leave it for a few minutes and then rinse off. To store it, just put it in a mason jar with a lid and keep it out of the water (or it might harden). If you make this in bulk it can be a really fun gift to give out for Valentine’s Day!
