Happy Holidays!!! In this Autumn Becomes Me episode, I will show you how to make an Eggnog Espresso Martini. It's sweet and creamy without any hint of alcohol but it is a powerful drink. So if you're looking to wind down after all that shopping and gift wrapping, this drink is for you!
Eggnog Espresso Martini Recipe:
Ingredients:
1-ounce dark spiced rum (like Kraken) or bourbon or vodka (I used Bourbon)
1-ounce Kahlua
1-ounce espresso or cold brew
3–4 ounces eggnog, depending on the size of your cocktail glass (I made mine with 3oz)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Dash of cinnamon or nutmeg
Instructions:
Fill your shaker with ice add all the ingredients above, and shake for 15-30 seconds to get it fluffy.
Pour into a martini glass sprinkle a little cinnamon or nutmeg on top and enjoy!
