In this episode, I will show you how to make Grilled Lime Salmon with Coconut Rice and Mango Avocado Salsa.
The Grilled Lime Salmon is marinated in lime juice, coconut milk, and garlic. The Coconut rice is made exclusively with coconut milk and coconut water so it absorbs all those great flavors. The real star of the show at least in my opinion is the Mango Avocado Salsa, which I could honestly eat in a bowl all by itself.
