When the air starts to get crisp and the evenings are chilly, I LOVE to make this stuffed shells recipe. The salty savory flavor of the sausage is balanced by the sweetness of the butternut squash puree and the ricotta makes everything deliciously creamy. Not to mention that it will make your entire home smell warm and welcoming.
