How to Make This Delicious and Simple Oyakodon!

A few years ago, I wrote a post on how to make Oyakodon. Oyakodon is Japanese for “parent and child” which is fitting considering this is a chicken and rice dish! I had a Youtube viewer reach out and ask that I make a video about a recipe from my blog and so I knew I just had to do this one!

Oyakodon is not only delicious and satisfies that craving for carbs with the rice, but it’s also pretty healthy in general with the amount of protein it has. If you’re on a diet like me, you’ll be happy to know that one serving is 426 calories and it’s super quick to whip up if you’re looking for something quick and easy for dinner.
