Updated: Dec 29, 2023

On this Autumn Becomes Me Vlog episode, I will show you how to make Holiday Cranberry and Brie Bites! It's super simple and easy to make. You can even have your kids join in by making these Holiday Cranberry and Brie Bites by placing the dough, spooning in the cranberry sauce, and putting a tiny sprig of Rosemary in at the end. It's BOUND to be a hit at your Holiday parties!

Holiday Cranberry and Brie Bites:

  • all-purpose flour, for dusting the dough and cutting board

  • 8-ounce crescent dough sheet (or Puff Pastry Sheet)

  • 8-ounce wheel of brie cheese

  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce (not jellied)

  • Fresh rosemary sprigs

1.) Preheat oven to 375°F degrees. Then prep your muffin tin with some cooking spray. For appetizer-size bites, use a MINI muffin tin.

2.) Roll out the dough sheet.

3.) Cut crescent roll dough into 24 equal-sized squares (use both sheets if you need to) Place squares into muffin tin cups.

4.) Cut the brie into small pieces and place them inside the crescent dough squares. Top with a generous spoonful of cranberry sauce, and a little sprig of rosemary.

5.) Bake until the crescent dough is a light golden brown (about 15 minutes). Then serve warm!
