On this episode of Autumn Becomes Me Vlog, I'm going to show you how to make this Slow Cooker Mexican Street Corn Chowder.

The Slow Cooker Mexican Street Corn Chowder is a perfect summer soup with all the flavors of Mexican Street Corn. It's spicy and a little salty and creamy and easy to assemble and the fact that it's made for a slow cooker means you can prep it and leave it to cook while you do other things and when you're ready dinner is served. I can't say enough good things about this Slow Cooker Mexican Street Corn Chowder!
