What I eat in a day at 1,500 calories!

Thanks for checking out my channel! Today I’m going to show you what I eat at 1,500 calories. I have been really focussing on my diet. I’m going to show you a delicious veggie-filled omelet, a health-packed lunch straight from Bondi Australia, and a tropical dinner of chicken meatballs with coconut pineapple rice!

I don’t believe you should feel like you’re starving when you’re lessening your caloric intake. It’s about eating smart. I try to make sure I have a lot of protein in my diet to keep me from feeling hungry. I also try to watch my carbs (even though I am a carb queen) and I’ve started swapping them out for complex carbs like barley, quinoa, and brown rice. I’m a firm believer that if I’m feeling hungry, I need to STOP and ask myself, am I drinking enough water? Am I having enough protein? Is my alcohol intake playing a part? and then making adjustments based on what I’m noticing about where my hunger might be coming from.
